We coordinate and manage drydock periods from booking and pre-arrival planning through docking, execution, and launch. This includes organizing work scopes, contractor access, safety coordination, and day-to-day progress control with the yard. We also leverage our established partnerships with shipyard owners and managers to secure optimal slot availability, competitive pricing, and the service level required for each yacht aligned with the client’s technical priorities, schedule, and budget expectations. We oversee critical path activities such as underwater works, coatings, running gear, class or flag requirements, and acceptance checks reducing downtime and ensuring the drydock period is efficient, compliant, and professionally documented.
